My path into this work began long before I called it healing.
For most of my life, I felt anxious and disconnected, constantly trying to prove my worth. I cared deeply for others, but lost myself in the process. Behind a calm surface, I struggled with depression, panic, and anxiety that left me feeling trapped in my own mind. I tried everything: therapy, running, yoga, medication. Nothing created lasting change.
Still, there was always a quiet voice inside me. That voice became my turning point. I began exploring the subconscious mind, energy work, and deeper self-connection, and for the first time, I felt safe within myself. I stopped fighting my emotions and started meeting them with love instead of fear.
I realized that healing isn't about fixing ourselves. It's about remembering who we are beneath the patterns, the fear, and the conditioning. Today, I guide women through that same transformation.
